By accessing or using Taklif, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Taklif provides templates and tools to create, share, and manage digital invitations, including guest RSVPs and related features. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and use the platform only for lawful celebrations and communications.

Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Taklif a license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the service. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

Payments & plans

Fees for templates, guest capacity, or add-ons are described at checkout. Taxes and processor fees may apply. Refunds, if any, follow the policy stated at purchase or in support responses.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, spam guests, or interfere with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taklif disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
